In Spec 0.6.3

Since spec item for container(ASF, OGG, AVI) includes codecs (WMV8, Vorbis,
Theora, FLAC and Full frame(Uncompressed)) while these codecs are not
corresponding description in 12.2 Media Type. Suggest to add.
