In the media section of the compliance specification we need to clarify that the codecs are not _required_ to be part of every OEM product that uses the OSV distribution but are required to be validated. The distribution provided for compliance testing must include support for these codecs.
So this claim says that you cannot be compliant unless you have these codecs available (whether they actually are shipped or not)? Is that really what we want? Doesn't that mean a "purely open source" distribution can't conform?
