Pressing Ctrl + does not increase on screen font size. There seems to be no way
to increase the on screen font size. With the sometimes tiny font, it is very
difficult to read what is on the screen. 

Reproduce Steps(steps,current result, reproduce possibility)
===========================================================
(1)Open Moblin Web Browser 
(2)Go to a website with text on the page, ie. moblin.org
(3)Press Ctrl+ simultaneously
(4)Observe the on screen font size
(5)Did it increase? No? Fail!


Expected result:
===========================================================
Expected font size to increase each time Ctrl + is pressed.
On the other hand, when Ctrl - is pressed, the font size should decrease.
