Specification already includes some CORBA-relative libraries (though with
'deprecated' status). libIDL is a library for creating parse trees of CORBA
v2.2-compliant Interface Definition Language (IDL). This library is stable and
used by some applications (at least by 'songbird' from the Moblin garage), so
should be probably included in addition to other CORBA-relative libraries.
