List of additional Python core modules

Similar to Perl area (bug #6715), there seem to be a need to include some more
Python modules to the specification in addition to those included in LSB.

The attached is the list of Python core modules (described in the Python
Library Reference) that can be added to the specification.

Note that (similar to bug #6715) we need a tool to check presence of Python
modules in the system when testing OSVs for compliance.

Deprecated core modules

Additional set of core modules that are deprecated in upstream but still used
by applications. Upstream will not drop them until Python 3.0, so we can add
them (also with 'deprecated' status).
