The moblin browser when idle can be eating up to 50-60% of cpu cylces when
idle.

Reproduce Steps(steps,current result, reproduce possibility)

(1)Open borwser.
(2)Browse to various sites like gmail, theweathernetwork.com and youtube.
(3)Let the system idle.

(5)


Expected result:

The browser should not be using this much resources when idle. It will cause
lower battery performance and high system heat in the netbooks.


Possible root cause:
===========================================================
Probably the flash plugin?
