When playing a video on Vimeo which is flash based the video plays choppy and
affects the cursor display.

Reproduce Steps(steps,current result, reproduce possibility)
===========================================================
(1)Open the web browser.
(2)Go to http://vimeo.com/7132858
(3)Make sure HD is not enabled.
(4)Play the video

The system will begin to stutter for mouse movement and the cursor will
disappear for most functions. The cursor still exists as you can see it
highlight sections of the interface and such. When you close the browser window
with the player it will continue to play the audio track. Doing a top you can
still see a session of mutter-moz eating 80% of the CPU. Killing will stop the
audio but the mouse cursor does not return until X is restarted.


Expected result:

The video should play smoothly as it does on Youtube and the mouse cursor
should not disappear.
