There is an indexing status icon in sidebar when bickley is indexing new-added
content. But sometimes, even bickley has indexed all contents, this icon still
show busy, and it doesn't match bickley's real status.

Reproduce Steps(steps,current result, reproduce possibility)
===========================================================
(1) Launch hornsey;
(2) Open file browser and add some pictures into /home/usr/Pictures;
(3) Switch to hornsey, found that indexing status icon shows busy;
(4) Open terminal and run command "ps -ef|grep bkl", find that bkl-investigator
is working;
(5) Wait few seconds and run same command again, find that bkl-investigator
process is completed and doesn't exist again;
(6) Switch to hornsey and indexing icon is still showing busy;

Expected result:

Indexing status icon should match the real status of bickley;
