When I click in a download link in the browser, a tab with progress bar appears
but if I then close the tab with the web page, the progress bar halts and
nothing I do can revive it. Interestingly, the download itself continues,
although this is not obvious to the user.

Reproduce Steps(steps,current result, reproduce possibility)
===========================================================
(1) boot Moblin 2.0
(2) select Internet fro the launch bar the top to bring up the web browser.
(3) navigate to a web page with a link to a large file that can be downloaded
and click on the link to bring up the Downloads tab with a progress bar for the
file being downloaded.
(4) close the tab containing the original web page.
(5) the progress bar halts.


Expected result:

The progress bar should continue until the download completes.
