I am not able to turn off "scrolling mode" for the mouse/trackpad. On my Acer
Aspire One this results in a very annoying user interface.

Reproduce Steps(steps,current result, reproduce possibility)

(1) Run Mobilin
(2) Use the mouse or trackpad
(3) Observe the bizarre scrolling mode which is enabled by default, and
impossible to turn off
(4)
